Alix Prassas leads Collaborative’s “Better Together” Journey, bringing 14+ years in the People Experience field into the role. She has been interviewed as an Inclusive Workplaces expert and serves as a DE&I advisor for the Association for Change Management Professionals – Midwest region. She has an M.A. from New York University in Africana Studies with a concentration in Black American Studies and has demonstrated her passion for making an impact in the DE&I space, both in her day job and her volunteer work, throughout her career.
